Our annual dues cover many things. The biggest expense we have is caring for our common areas. We have one large common area and several landscaped areas within, and around the perimeter of our neighborhood. This expense comes from lawn maintenance, irrigation dues, system maintenance, and repairs. Dues also cover payment for our website and fees for Celski and Associates to manage our annual dues and yearly expenses. The rest of the budget is for capital improvements, power for irrigation and street lights, general maintenance, repairs, and a few odds and ends.
